Awesome

Great look, great style. Now for the critique. The text was way to small on the loading page. You could maybe set it up as a 2 or 3 frame movie clip with a 'next' button so it would be more legible. Also, you need more establishing shots (I violate that rule myself all the time). Sometimes I wasn't sure what was going on at first because the scene started with a close-up and opening scenes sometimes need to be pulled back, even for a second, so the viewer can understand what's up. But still, overall great work and I'm looking forward to the next. Keep it up!

Xero-Shift responds:

You're absolutely right, I'll work on putting more establishing shots in future episodes. I found close-ups easier to draw & animate, that's why there's so many of them.

Thanks for the review!

heh

Maybe it's the booze talkin', but that was damn funny!

umpuehf responds:

Heay booze iz gud.

so....

Grammer. A skill not to be over-looked. Homophobia. Get over it. Drawing. Learn to. Music. Two awesome bands. 'Nuff said.

DrDeath2k3 responds:

Grammar? i didn't spell anything wrong?
Homophobia? What? I dont care if their gay or not. jesus get over it.
Drawing? meh. i can improve.
Music? Damn right those are good bands.

okay

Likes: Using the trace bitmap feature on the beach scene was probably a good idea. The drawing of the girl wasn't bad either.

Dislikes: If I hadn't read your comments, I'd never know she created him. You have to show her hands sculpting or it just looks like she's watching something happen...don't be lazy :)...and don't do stick figures.

It's better than 1st one I ever made so keep at it!

Dragunfyre responds:

Actually, I had hands drawn out and they were in there in an early version, but they looked a bit... off... when the sand is being shaped. Gave the really wrong impression of what was going on, if you take my meaning... so i just left them out completely.

Thanks for watching and for the review.

...

Ignore the haters. Some people aren't happy unless something blows up or bleeds. I'll keep an eye out for whatever you submit next, since this series is over.

dilosh responds:

:) i don't think i should ignore them. i don't agree with my animations need more violence, as my style is the way they are.. but i know i should work more on the plots...
thank you for your appreciation. :)

ahhh

I'm so glad this one is longer than the others (but they're all well done)! Did you go to school for this or are you self-taught? Not many people your age are this good...or even my age.

dilosh responds:

thank you. i'm self-taught, but in september i'll go to a collage for animation.

advice

Everyone else seemed to cover everything else, so I'll just add this. When making a button, add a box to the 'HIT' frame (frame 4)that's big enough to cover all the letters. This makes the button easier to click. It's annoying having to perfectly click on a letter, especially when it's thin like Times New Roman.

BubbleWrapMan responds:

sorry bout that

I'm surprised

Usually I ignore game parodies because I grew up playing 8-bit games and I'm sick of them. Something made me check this out and I'm glad! You guys are on the path to becoming awesome anime artists, keep it up. (nice cameos, btw)

Toonimated responds:

We are only two artist, two mouse-drawing artists!

I liked it

That was fun! Some people are being a little to critical, I think. This is Newgrounds, not Hollywood. If someone was throwing insane amounts of money at us, we'd all have the best equipment and the time and staff to make masterpieces. Sure, some of the sound wasn't great, but it was subtitled, so problem solved. Looking forward to the next one!

RavenJinn responds:

Will work on that little sound problem in the next episodes, and your completely right about the critical reviews. Especialy when you look at someones own file and you find out that they have not even made one single cartoon. Glad you liked it!

Thanks again!

NICE!

It doesn't get much better than this unless you're able to devote every waking moment to it. I can't wait to see your drawing skills and cinematics improve with each installment(good now, one day great). It seems most people like this, but even if that changes, keep working on it! If no one is paying you to do it, then all that matters is whether or not YOU like it.

ShadowInsignia responds:

I need not payment to do what I love. I only make movies that I like to make. Thats why I don't have many entries, I stop making things when I lose interest, but somehow this movie kept me going.

i play with flash when i get a break from the job or all the bands i'm in.

Male

not worth mentioning

Yep, did that.
